Hi my name Andrea Alf and I am Mum’s Time Angel who turned 40 in 2013 – OMG! Time is running! This is ok, I feel better as ever before and I am very grateful that all my challenges and experiences in life brought me to the idea to start Mum’s Time Angel.
I have been married to my amazing husband Michael for 17 years and we have the most awesome teenage girls in the world. I am blessed to have such a wonderful family, who sticks together even more since we moved from Germany to Australia (end of 2008).
I am a graduate of “Prevention – Coach” (at the Institute of Prevention in Hannover/Germany) and I study at the Integrative Institute of Nutrition in New York to become a Holistic Health Counselor.
My love for healthy cooking brought me to my Thermomix (German kitchen appliance) business. Through my cooking demonstrations with hundreds of people, I realized so many Mums like me are always stressed, overwhelmed and do not have enough time in a day.
I thought with all the knowledge from my studies and all my life experiences (9 years as single Mum during the week, moving continents etc), I need to change to gain more hours in a day. New habits, tools and new ways of thinking helped me to become more relaxed, happier and healthier.
