I started this site because I had gained 200+ pregnancy pounds and have struggled with my weight loss for a long time. The average woman returns to her pre-pregnancy weight usually within 6 months after delivery. A healthy diet combined with regular exercise is the best way to get rid of those extra pounds.
A few years ago my family made a slow transition into a healthy lifestyle by eating healthier foods and staying more active. Soon enough I was back down to my pre-pregnancy body, however I am much stronger now!
